1. About Better Baby

Better Baby ApS ("we", "us") is a Danish company (CVR 41 23 56 78) that rents baby equipment to consumers through a monthly subscription. Our registered address is Ny Adelgade 12, 1104 Copenhagen K, Denmark.

2. The subscription

When you subscribe, you select a plan (Essential, Standard or Premium) and choose specific items from our catalogue. We deliver the items to your address within Denmark. The subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

You may swap items at any time from your dashboard. Swaps are processed within 48 hours and are included in all plans at no extra cost.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK) and include 25% Danish VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. You will be billed on the same date each month. If payment fails, we will retry for up to 7 days before pausing your subscription.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard or via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We will arrange collection of all rented items within 5 business days of the cancellation date.

5. Condition of equipment

All items are professionally cleaned and safety-inspected before delivery. Normal wear and tear is expected and covered. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse or negligence beyond normal use. We reserve the right to charge a repair or replacement fee in such cases.

6. Safety and compliance

All products meet applicable EU safety standards (EN 1888 for prams, UN R129/i-Size for car seats, EN 716 for cribs). We inspect every item before each delivery. If you discover a safety concern, contact us immediately and stop using the item.

7. Liability

We are liable for defects in the equipment we provide, in accordance with Danish product liability law. We are not liable for damage arising from misuse of the equipment or failure to follow the provided instructions.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (forbrugeraftaleloven), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your first delivery. To exercise this right, contact us at contact@saifion.com. If you have used the equipment during the withdrawal period, we may charge a reasonable amount for the use.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms with 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes shall be resolved by the Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) or through the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus).
